My favourite activities
This workout will help you to consider the leisure activities you currently undertake and fill any gaps there might be.
- Pick up to 10 of your favourite leisure activities. Stuck for inspiration? Why don't you complete the My leisure time workout first?
- Type the name of each activity below and answer six simple questions about it.
- You can repeat this exercise up to 10 times. Don't forget to include any activities you would like to try but haven't quite got around to yet.
- When you have listed as many activities as you can, click on 'List my activities' to produce a personalised list. Please note that your activities will only be saved until the end of the session. You will have the opportunity to print them out at the end.
- Print off a copy of your list and use it to work out which activities cost you the most money, which activities involve an element of risk, and if there are any gaps in your current leisure activities. You may discover that all of the activities you pursue are solitary activities, for example, and decide to take up a new activity which will ensure you spend more time with other people.
