They could be large or small, achievable or seemingly impossible.
In each case, ask yourself the following questions:
- Is there anything simple on my list that I can change immediately?
- Do I need anyone's help to make the change?
- Who will my actions affect?
- How will I feel before, during and after I have made the transition?
